9io.ai is the website of 9io, a product engineering studio. For anything about your data, email admin@9io.ai.
Visit counts
This site counts visits with PostHog, set up to use no cookies and to store nothing in your browser. When you open a page, click a link or button, scroll or leave, PostHog receives the page address and title, the text of what you clicked and where on the page you clicked, how far you scrolled, how fast the page loaded, the site that sent you, your browser and its language, your device type, screen size and time zone.
To count each visitor once a day, PostHog's servers combine your IP address and browser with a random value that is replaced every day, then drop the IP address. The counts can't identify you or link your visits from one day to the next. PostHog keeps the data in the United States. We use it to see which pages people read and what they click, and we don't sell or share it.
Cookies and storage
The public pages set no cookies. If you close the bar at the bottom of a page, your browser remembers that in its session storage until you close the tab, and nothing is sent anywhere. The 9io Alpha sign-in sets one cookie when you sign in, to keep you signed in.
Server logs
Our web server records each request: your IP address, the page, the time and your browser's user-agent string. We use these logs to keep the site running and to stop abuse. The web server deletes them after 14 days. The application's own logs, which can also hold IP addresses, are overwritten as new logs arrive, usually within a few months.
If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can reply and, if we work together, for the length of the work. Ask us to delete it whenever you like, unless we have to keep it for invoices or another legal reason.
Our games
Bitfold and Football Kick have their own policies, covering the apps and their websites: Bitfold and Football Kick. Chakri, at chakri.9io.ai, keeps your language, sound setting and the last names you typed in your browser, and nothing you type is sent. It counts page views with PostHog in the same cookieless way, without clicks.
Your choices
You can block PostHog with any content blocker, and the site works the same. We count visits and keep server logs because we have a legitimate interest in running a working, secure site, and we use your email to answer it. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email admin@9io.ai. If you're in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
When what we collect changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
